Private Luxury Villas in Marrakech

Prestige Mayakech represents 44 private villas across Marrakech and its surrounding countryside. Nightly rates run from €380 for a three-bedroom designer villa with a private pool to €2,400 for Amelkis Royal Palace with seven suites. Most of the collection sits between €500 and €900 per night, which is where the best value tends to be: a full private estate with pool and garden for less than two rooms at a five-star hotel, and with no shared spaces, no restaurant queue, and no lobby.

Every villa in the collection has a private pool. Beyond that the range is deliberate rather than uniform: three-bedroom residences for couples and small families, four to five bedroom villas for groups, and larger estates with seven to nine rooms for celebrations and multi-family travel. Several properties have heated pools for winter stays, and a smaller group includes a private hammam, spa room, gym, or cinema. Because the inventory is partner-managed rather than owned, availability is confirmed property by property before anything is committed.

Standard across the collection: private pool, daily housekeeping, linen and towels, welcome orientation on arrival, and a direct WhatsApp line to the concierge desk for the whole stay. Most villas include a caretaker or house staff on site. Airport meet-and-greet and transfer can be added to any booking, as can grocery pre-stocking so the kitchen is filled before you land.

Arranged on request and quoted separately: private chef by the day or for single dinners, dedicated driver with vehicle, in-villa spa and massage, pool heating where the property supports it, babysitting, and event setup for birthdays, proposals, and celebrations. Cars come from our own fleet, which includes a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Bentley Bentayga, Mercedes G63, Range Rover, and Porsche Macan, so villa and vehicle are scheduled together rather than through two separate providers.
