- For self-drive: licence, age, and deposit conditions are confirmed before booking.
- Delivery is to your villa, hotel, or airport arrivals hall — at a confirmed time, not a depot opening hour.
Red Flags to Avoid
- "Available" without confirmation — many rental desks promise cars they don't have. Always get written confirmation.
- No insurance details — confirm what's covered before you drive. Standard rental insurance in Morocco often has high excess.
- Depot pickup only — if they can't deliver to your villa or airport, the service is not concierge-grade.
- No direct contact — if there's no WhatsApp line or phone number, you'll be dealing with a call centre.
- Price without inclusions — always ask: does the rate include insurance, delivery, and concierge support?
Seasonal Notes
